Most grant applications submitted to the Research Council are assessed by referees who have expertise on the topics and subject areas of the grant applications. The referees come from nationally and internationally leading research and innovation environments.

An overview of referees for calls for proposals in 2022 is no longer available. The names of referees are published for one year after the application review process for a call for proposals has been completed and the results have been published. This is in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
