Our chatbot is an anonymous service that answers general questions based on information from our website. Microsoft Studio is the provider.
We store your conversation for up to 30 days to be able to recover the conversation and improve.
For privacy reasons, we ask you not to enter personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number and health information.
The chatbot provides you with answers to general questions based on information from forskningsradet.no. It does not answer questions that require lookups in personal data.
To ensure the best possible quality of the answers, the chatbot is continuously analysed and improved by AI trainers. This involves reviewing and adjusting responses to make them more relevant, precise, and useful to users. The AI trainers do not have access to personal data, and all evaluation takes place in accordance with our privacy policy.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, as you voluntarily use the chatbot for communication and possibly provide personal data about you.
Recording of events and audio
For playback of recordings of events and sounds, we use Quickchannel, Vimeo, YouTube and Soundcloud. Your use of these features is subject to the privacy policies of the companies providing them.
