Calls for proposals for the second half of 2026 in the new application system
New application forms will be introduced in line with most of our calls for the rest of the year. Take a look at our preliminary list of this autumn's calls that will use the new application and project follow up system.
We are in a transition between the new and old system throughout 2026. More and more calls will use new application forms. In the list of all our calls, these will be marked with "New application system".
If you are currently working on an application in the old system, for example for FRIPRO, it may be a good idea to download your application (PDF) from the old system, so that you have a good starting point for further work in the new system.
For previous applicants, the biggest changes from the old system are that
- You can only submit the application once, even when the call for proposals has a fixed deadline;
- People in mandatory roles must confirm that they are taking on the role before you can submit the application;
- You must describe the project in the application form and not in a separate attachment, and:
- The budget and progress plan in the application are built around work packages.
Our calls for proposals are often available in a temporary version before the full text of the call is in place. Some descriptions, claims, and links may be incomplete. If so, we will inform you about this in the text. The complete and final call text will be published as soon as we have this completed and at least six weeks before a possible application deadline.
Here is a preliminary overview of calls and deadlines for the autumn in the new application form (will be updated)
