When you have received funding (My page)
Find out what you need to know when you have received a decision on funding for a project in the new application system.

Grant letter (new)
Once we have made a funding decision, the Project Owner organisation will receive a grant letter from the Research Council. In the grant letter we describe how much funding your project will receive and how to use the funding. It also contains the terms and conditions you must meet in order for you to receive support from us. Therefore, read the grant letter thoroughly.
Initial report (new)
In most projects, you must submit an initial report before the project becomes active and you can receive funding. We will make the report available at the same time as you receive the grant letter.
Collaboration agreements (updated)
Find out which projects are required to have collaboration agreements, different roles which may be included in collaboration and read about the use of R&D suppliers and subcontractors.
Roles in applications and projects (new)
When you write an application to the Research Council or you carry out a project in a new system, the roles of participants in the project are important. We distinguish between organisations and persons, and here we describe roles for persons in the projects.
Organisations participating in applications and projects (new)
All organisations that will carry out activities in a project, contribute funding or deliver R&D services must be registered as a participating organisation in the application.
Sharing research data
Openness and knowledge sharing is a prerequisite for all research. It is an important research policy objective that the results of publicly funded research should be as open as possible. In this context, by research results we mean data that is created through research activities.
Open access to publications
Open access to scientific publications promotes research and society's use of its results. It ensures researchers, business, the public sector and the wider society access to the latest and most updated research.
Gender Equality Plans (GEP)
Research organisations and public sector entities that receive funding from us must have Gender Equality Plans (GEP) available on their websites. This must be in place before you enter into a contract with us. Find out what such a plan must contain.
Changes to your project framework
When there are changes in the project, it is important that you report this to us as soon as possible. Requests for project changes are processed on an ongoing basis.
Project reporting
Everyone receiving project funding from the Research Council is required to submit reports during the project period and after the project is concluded.
