We are in the process of changing the log in area for applicants. This applies only to SkatteFUNN applications. All other applicants must use the normal log in.

On My RCN web you will find applications, projects, assessment assignments, and more.
Log in to My page
New application system for SkatteFUNN applications, introduced in 2024.
Two-step login has been introduced on My RCN Web for Norwegian and foreign users, except for users with e-mail .uk and .com.
This means that you must log in with your email address, password AND a one-time code.
First login:
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Download the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on your smartphone.
- Allow camera under Privacy > Camera > Authentication.
- Open one of the apps and scan the barcode by clicking on the icon in the bottom right of the app.
- Enter the one-time code.
The next time you log in
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
- Find the one-time code for the device in question (e.g. email address/username).

Log in for SkatteFUNN
This login applies to those who have a SkatteFUNN application or an approved SkatteFUNN project.
We are in the process of changing the log in area for the applicants. Things may therefore change slightly between each time you log in with us. It may be that something is missing or not working as expected. We are constantly working to improve the system and hope you will be patient with us.

SkatteFUNN projects
All SkatteFUNN projects have been moved to My page. SkatteFUNN applications, projects, and reports from previous years will still be able to see for about a year on My RCN web.
