We are in the process of changing the login area for applicants. This applies only to SkatteFUNN applications and evaluators. All other applicants must use the normal login.
You must choose between two logins:
Log in to My RCN web
On My RCN web you will find applications, projects, assessment assignments, and more.
NB! do not use this login if you are an evaluator, or for SkatteFUNN.
Log in to My page
New application system. SkatteFUNN applications and evaluators shall use this login.

Did you receive an invitation to tegister for application assessment?
If so, you must log in to My page (new system) and create a profile there. You must do this even if you have previously created a profile in My RCN web (old system) and assessed applications for us before.
Two-step login has been introduced on My RCN web for Norwegian and foreign users
This means that you must log in with your email address, password AND a one-time code.
First login:
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Download the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on your smartphone.
- Allow camera under Privacy > Camera > Authentication.
- Open one of the apps and scan the barcode by clicking on the icon in the bottom right of the app.
- Enter the one-time code.
The next time you log in
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
- Find the one-time code for the device in question (e.g. email address/username).
If you do not have a smartphone, use our answer service to contact us. Opening hours: 08:00–15:00.
Log in for SkatteFUNN
This login applies to those who have a SkatteFUNN application or an approved SkatteFUNN project.
We are in the process of changing the log in area for the applicants. Things may therefore change slightly between each time you log in with us. It may be that something is missing or not working as expected. We are constantly working to improve the system and hope you will be patient with us.

SkatteFUNN projects
All SkatteFUNN projects were moved to My page in March 2025. SkatteFUNN applications, projects, and reports from previous years will be available in read-only mode on My RCN web through 2026.
