Log in to My RCN web (old system)

We are in the process of changing the login area for applicants. If you are an evaluator, pay special attention to which system you have been instructed to log in to.

Two-step login has been introduced on My RCN web for Norwegian and foreign users

This means that you must log in with your email address, password AND a one-time code.

First login:

  • Log in with your email address and password.
  • Download the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on your smartphone.
  • Allow camera under Privacy > Camera > Authentication.
  • Open one of the apps and scan the barcode by clicking on the icon in the bottom right of the app.
  • Enter the one-time code.

The next time you log in to My RCN web

  • Log in with your email address and password.
  • Open the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
  • Find the one-time code for the device in question (e.g. email address/username).
