SkatteFUNN project reporting
All projects with SkatteFUNN approval must submit a status report or final report by 1 March. You can find the reports on My project and you will receive a reminder of this by e-mail and on My page.
The figures in annual status reports and final reports to the Research Council do not have to be certified by an auditor. Enter as good and real figures as possible from the project accounts at the time of reporting.
The report must be submitted by the project manager or organisation representative
Once the reporting form has been posted for the project on My page, anyone who is registered with a role in the project can work in the report. Note: Only persons with the role of project manager or organisation representative can submit the report.
If you are only the creator of the application, you only have access to the application and not to approved projects or to reporting.
Read more about roles in SkatteFUNN applications and projects.
Annual status report
If the project runs for several years, you must submit a status report by 1 March of the year after the project was approved and every year after this. In the status reports, you must report on progress and finances.
The report can be found on the login area. Persons who are registered as a project manager or organisation representative on the project receive an email when the reporting form is posted. They can also go to My page and check. We also send reminders by e-mail before the status report is due.
Final report
All projects must submit a final report when the approval period in SkatteFUNN is over, and no later than 1 March the year following the last year of approval.
You can find the final report on the login area and you will receive a reminder of this by e-mail and on My page.
In the final report, you must summarise the activities they have carried out, the goals they have achieved and what is stated in the project, if any. If you have described completed work packages during the status reports, this information will automatically be entered in the final report. In the final report, you must include all the results achieved during the project period and describe the goal attainment for the project.
Also remember to send a final report if the project is interrupted before the approval period is over.
The descriptions of the project in the final report are not published. If the descriptions contain business secrets, they will be covered by the obligation to provide information in the event of any access requirements, cf. Section 13 of the Freedom of Information Act and Section 13 of the Public Administration Act.
Reporting of costs
We would like to remind you that there are support-approved costs associated with the approved project haul that can be included in the project accounts, regardless of what they budgeted for in the application.
The Research Council does not approve the budget or costs for SkatteFUNN projects. Their financial reporting to the Research Council contributes to our follow-up of project implementation and to statistics. There is therefore no requirement for auditor certification on the speech that is delivered to us. Use the figures that are available to you at the time of reporting.
