Calls for proposals in spring 2026
Many of our spring calls are about to be published. As we introduce a new application system, you will encounter some changes. The dates listed below are not final. More details can be found in the individual call for proposals, and we will update the list below on an ongoing basis.
Some of the calls you are used to applying for have changed titles and some that were previously part of a joint call are now separate calls.
Below you will find a preliminary overview of when we expect to open the calls for applications.
Several of the calls are available in a temporary version. Some descriptions, claims, and links may be incomplete and missing. The complete and final call text will be published as soon as we can.
Our plan is to publish many calls this spring in our new application system (My page). If this plan changes, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Here you will find an overview based on the old call funding schemes:
- Researcher projects (except FRIPRO). Preliminary deadlines are in March and April.
- Collaborative projects (equivalent to old Collaborative and Knowledge-building Project, KSP). Preliminary deadlines are in May and June.
- Innovation in the industrial sector. The green platform has a deadline of 3 June, the others have open-ended deadlines.

- initiate dialogue with potential partners
- clarify project ideas internally in your organisation
This makes your work with the application more efficient when the calls open.
Stay tuned for updates
