Can I download my application as a PDF?

You can download your application as a PDF both while you are working on it and after you have submitted it. Select "Download the application", which is located at the bottom of the menu on the lefthand side.

How do I get access to an application in the new application system, on My page?

In order to gain access to an application, you must first be registered with a role in the application. You must then log in to My page with the same phone number and email address that was used in the application.

If you use a different email address or phone number than what was used in the application, you must

• either ask the person who registered you to correct your contact information in the application
• or correct your login information under My profile on My page.

You must log in to My page and approve the role in the application within 7 days after you receive a notification to do so.

How can I confirm a role I have been assigned in an application?

To confirmva role, you must log in to My page with the same email address and phone number that was provided for you in the application. When you are logged in, you should see the application on My page and the invitation to confirm the role should be visible at the top of the first page you go to after logging in. 

If you do not see the application on My page, you will not see the role invitation either. This is probably because a different email address or phone number has been entered for you in the role than the one you have registered as login information for your user account. Talk to your organization representative or project tenant to get them to change the information.

I need to change contact information or person in roles in a submitted application, can I do that?

Only the person who is registered as an organisation representative or project manager in the application can change roles in a submitted application. How to proceed:

• Go to My page.
• Choose the right application.
• Go to Roles and accesses, which is located on the tiles at the bottom of the page.

Here you can change the roles in the submitted application.

I had the role "creator" on an application that is approved, but does not have access to the project, why?

When an application has been approved, we create a project for you in our system. The creator of the application is a role that belongs to the application, not the project. If you want the author of the application to have a role in the approved project, you must add the person in question with a different role.
