Can I download my application as a PDF?

You can do this both for an application you are working on, and for one you have submitted earlier. Select "Download the application" which is located at the bottom of the left menu.

How do I get access to an application in the new application system, on My page?

In order to gain access to an application, you must first be entered with a role in the application. You must use the same phone number and email address that was used in the application when you log in to My Page.

If different email addresses or phone numbers have been used, this can be corrected in two ways:

• either correct the contact information on the role in the application
• or correct your login information under My Profile on My Page.

You must log in to My page and approve the role in the application before the deadline of 7 days.

How can I confirm a role I have been assigned in an application on My page?

To confirm a role, you must log in to My page with the same email and phone number that has been entered for you in the application. Then you should see the application on My page and the role invitation should be visible at the top of the first page you go to after logging in.

If you do not see the application on My page, you will not see the role invitation either. This is probably because a different email address or phone number has been entered for you in the role than the one you have registered as login information for your user account. Talk to your organization representative or project tenant to get them to change the information.

I need to change contact information or person in roles in a submitted application, can I do that?

Only the person who is registered as an organisation representative or project tenant in the application can change roles in a submitted application. How to proceed

• Go to My Page.
• Choose the right application.
• Go to Roles and accesses that are located on the tiles at the bottom of the page.
• Here you can change the roles in the submitted application.

I had the role "creator" on an application that is approved, but does not have access to the project, why?

When an application is approved, we create a project for you in our system. The creator of the application is a role that belongs to the application, not the project. If you want the author of the application to have a role in the approved project, you must add the person in question with a different role.
