About the event
This webinar is open only to researchers and EU advisors at Norwegian research institutions. It is intended for researchers preparing an application for the ERC Consolidator Grant deadline in January 2027 and the advisors supporting them.
ERC Consolidator Grants support researchers who are consolidating their independence by establishing or strengthening their own research team or programme. For the 2027 call, applicants must have defended their PhD between 5 and 15 years before 1 January 2027.
After the registration deadline, you will receive a final confirmation on whether you have secured a spot in the webinar. We allocate a portion of the spots to researchers and advisors at institutions with limited ERC experience if there is high interest.
The webinar will provide information and advice on developing a competitive proposal for the ERC Consolidator Grant scheme. You will learn how to position an ambitious research idea, present your scientific track record and independence, and prepare the proposal in line with the ERC’s evaluation elements and application requirements.
The course combines presentations, examples and interactive exercises, with attention to the expectations placed on applicants at the Consolidator Grant stage and the common issues that can weaken a proposal.
The webinar will be held in English.

Teresa holds a PhD in Pharmaceutics from the University of Oslo and previously worked as a University Lecturer at Tampere University in Finland. She has 5+ years of experience supporting excellence-driven research projects, including ERC proposals, across a wide range of scientific disciplines and panels. She has advised applicants on concept development and proposal preparation, delivered training, and supported candidates in preparing for ERC interviews. As Head of Frontier Science, she helps shape Innovayt’s ERC services and serves as a central point of expertise for the consultancy team.
Their deep insight into ERC expectations and evaluator mindsets ensures a practical and strategic approach to successful proposal writing.
