Coordinator's Forum (Oslo)

The coordinators forum is a meeting place for people actively involved in coordaining Horizon Europe projects, mainly Pilar 2 collaborative projects.  The agenda for the meetings is open: participants are encouraged to suggest topics before or during the meeting, or simply ask questions about issues they are currently facing.

A topic proposed for this meeting is “Project reviews: role, preparations, running the meeting and follow-up”.  While reviewers do have a formal assessment role, they also provide a good source of advice on getting the best out of the project. We will share ideas on how to co-operate effectively with EC staff and independent external experts before and after the meeting, and how to facilitate a fair and effective assessment of results and progress (technical and financial).
