Utlysningen skal bidra til at forskningsresultater tas i bruk gjennom økt kommersiell utnyttelse og/eller samfunnsinnovasjon ved å modne og validere nye teknologier og innovasjoner fra tidlig fase til relevante anvendelsesmiljøer. Utlysningen er åpen for alle fagområder. TTO-er (Technology Transfer Offices) og oppstartsselskaper med utspring fra godkjente forskningsorganisasjoner kan søke.
