The funding is for projects that develop technology and solutions for energy efficiency and energy transition in buildings, areas and industry. The results can be solutions for energy efficiency and utilisation of surplus heat, local power production, interaction between different energy carriers, or the transition from electricity-based and fossil-based heating to other renewable energy sources.
