Portfolio plan for Health research

The portfolio plan describes investment objectives, planned activities and expected outcome and impact of the investments. The plan describes the planned activities to be implemented through the portfolio board's own investments and activities that must be implemented through investments made by other boards. The plan for operationalization of the portfolio plan appears in the three-year investment plans. In addition to the portfolio plan, the basis for the investment plans is also annual portfolio analyses, annually allocated budgets and the portfolio board's long-term budget.
