Up to NOK 80 million in this year's INTPART call – what is new?

Funding for partnerships with Brazil, Canada, China, India, Japan, Russia, South Africa and USA. Germany and France are also included. New this year is extension of partnerships from 2015. The objective of the INTPART programme is to develop world-class research and education in Norway through long term international cooperation.

New INTPART call is launched

This year's call has dedicated funding for partnerships with Indian partners (tbc April 20th), and especially calls for proposals in the fields of social sciences and humanities.

The Research Council of Norway and the Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education (SIU) are collaborating on the new programme on International Partnerships for Excellent Education and Research (INTPART). The programme’s first call for proposals has an application deadline of 27 May.

Researcher exchange between Norway and USA/Canada - 30 new mobility grants

Thanks to the Leiv Eiriksson mobility programme eight researchers from North American research institutions are coming to Norway for research stays in 2014/2015, while 22 Norwegian scientists are going to North America on the same mission. 26% of the applications resulting from the Leiv Eiriksson call for proposal will receive grants, according to a decision made by the programme board of the International Scholarship section.

NOK 450 million for research cooperation with EEA countries
