Universities recruit talent through Horizon 2020

Horizon 2020 is an attractive funding source, and the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowships (MSCA IF) is a funding scheme more and more Norwegian universities have begun to employ systematically to recruit young foreign research talents. This has brought success in the form of a greater number of MSCA fellows.

New Horizon 2020 course for researchers and advisers

The Research Council of Norway is now offering a completely new two-day course with hands-on training on how to write a project proposal for the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, Horizon 2020. New conditions for support for establishment of Horizon 2020 projects

As of 1 May 2017, funding under the Research Council of Norway’s PES2020 scheme is disbursed as a lump sum and you will no longer be required to report your own costs. In addition, the funding ceilings have been raised both for ordinary participants and for coordinators of collaborative projects.
