    The traditional Mediterranean diet has been proven to be healthy and can prevent both heart attacks and strokes, but the number of people from that region who follow it is declining. Norwegian researchers are taking part in a large-scale European research initiative to find out why people make unhealthy choices despite knowing full well what is healthy.
