Urban Transformation Capacities (ENUTC)

JPI Urban Europe's 14 member states are now announcing 18 million euros for research and innovation projects for sustainable cities. The Research Council participates in the announcement with NOK 19 million to Norwegian partners.

The call for proposals has been approved as an aid scheme by the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) with the reference: GBER 23/2022/R&D&I.

The call is a collaboration between JPI Urban Europe and the EU Framework Program for Research - Horizon 2020.

The ERA-NET Cofund Urban Transformation Capacities (ENUTC) invites researchers, urban government authorities, – including cities and municipalities, – businesses, civil society and other stakeholders to build transnational consortia to create innovation and research projects that enable and support capacity building for urban transformations.
