Get to know the success factors on how to succeed with an ITN! Take part in the information meeting for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions call for Innovative Training Networks (ITN) for 2019. The meeting will also be web-streamed.

Few actions in Horizon 2020 are as popular as the MSCA ITNs. You can work with the best of networks in your field on a joint project freely chosen by yourselves, and can have the salary of one or more phd-students covered for three years.

The ITNs are training and career development projects, not research projects as such. The proposals are judged not only on scientific excellence, but also on the innovative training of doctoral students on their way to a career inside or outside of academia.

You can participate in the form of form of network best suited for you:

·         European Training Networks (ETN),

·         European Industrial Doctorates (EID),

·         European Joint Doctorates (EJD)

The budget for 2019 is a whopping 470 million euro, the highest budget ever. Get an edge in the competition, participate in the meeting. The deadline for ITN 2019 is 15. January 2019.

There will be two parts in the meeting. First the National Contact Points will give advice on the call and how to write a competitive proposal. Dr. Joël Durant at IBV at the University of Oslo will share his experiences from the successful ITN-project MARmaED. We aim to have some other contributors to inform of other aspects of ITNs as well. The language used will be English.

Presentations will be posted on this web page after the meeting

Please sign up before 8. October
