Heard about the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), but don't know what they really do and if it is relevant for you? Join GLOBVAC, the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) and CEPI for a seminar where you will learn about the scope, identified research gaps and progress so far.

Organisers: Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) and The Research Council of Norway (RCN).

CEPI is a global non-profit association based in Norway and hosted by NIPH, and funder of vaccine development for emerging infectious diseases with epidemic potential. CEPI has targeted 3 pathogens for its vaccine development in the period 2017-2022; Lassa fever, MERS-CoV and Nipah. In addition, CEPI is funding the development of vaccine platforms to enable rapid response.

CEPI would like to explore the existing and emerging fields of expertise of relevant research communities in Norway to support CEPI achieve its mission and inform Norwegian research community on CEPI’s objectives and planned activities.

In advance of the seminar CEPI invites you to participate in a survey to explore the existing and emerging fields of expertise of relevant research communities in Norway in order to see where it can support CEPI’s mission. We also want to explore in which areas you would like to strengthen your expertise or develop new knowledge. Thank you for your participation.
