Master of Project Management in Horizon Europe and H2020 (2 dager) – Nivå 3
Kurset starter med en gjennomgang av hvordan en god konsortieavtale kan være et svært godt verktøy for prosjektleder. Deretter får du en gjennomgang av økonomireglene i Horisont Europa, og de viktigste forskjellene fra Horisont 2020, samt en praktisk øvelse i kostnadsberegning.
Hoveddelen av kurset fokuserer på den løpende rapporteringen, periodisk rapportering og sluttrapportering som skal gjøres i et prosjekt, samt granskningsmøter, og forskjellene fra Horisont 2020 vil bli gjennomgått. Det er også spesielt fokus på IP, utnyttelse av prosjektresultater, innovasjonsledelse, åpen aksess og data management. Kurset avsluttes med en gjennomgang av de forpliktelsene prosjektpartnerne har etter at prosjektet er avsluttet, noe som er viktigere i Horisont Europa enn i tidligere rammeprogram.
Kurset holdes på engelsk, og kursleder er Europa Media.

Master of Project Management in Horizon Europe and H2020 (2 days) – Level 3
The course presents how a good consortium agreement can be a very useful tool for a project manager, then goes on to explain financial rules of Horizon Europe and the major changes compared with Horizon 2020, connected with a practical exercise is in cost calculation.
A major part of the course is focused on the continuous reporting, periodic reports, final report and review meeting, and the differences compared with Horizon 2020 will be highlighted.
Special focus is also on IP, exploitation of results and innovation management, open access and data management. The final part of the course describes your obligations after project closure, an issue which is more important in Horizon Europe than in previous frame programmes.
The course language is English, and the course is delivered by Europa Media.

The Consortium Agreement from the project management perspective. Through our real-life examples, we will explain what and how to include in each section of a good CA that can help avoid or smoothly manage the problems that arise during the implementation of your project. The presentation will cover in detail the default clauses on financial issues, management of IPR, and dissemination and exploitation of results, comparing the GA and the CA.

Brief introduction to the essentials of the financial rules in Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe to make sure you get pay attention to the problematic topics.

• Reimbursement models, forms of costs
• Eligible and non-eligible costs with comparison and all exceptions

13:15 - 15:00 Reporting from A to Z: Continuous reporting, Periodic Report, Final Report and the Review meeting. Horizon 2020 vs Horizon Europe
In this session, we will introduce the main steps and the responsibilities of the partners in the Continuous Reporting; when and how the internal reporting should be completed to be able to identify “problems”. What is new in continuous reporting in Horizon Europe?
Detailed introduction on how to prepare the periodic technical and financial reports: what to and how to report, irregularities and deviation management, internal quality assurance, tips and tools for effective internal management of your partners and their reporting obligations. Detailed comparison of H2020 vs Horizon Europe Periodic Reporting.
EU assessment of the periodic report: typical mistakes in the periodic report.
Showcase of a real periodic, suspension of the payment deadline letters. In this presentation, we will give you tips on how to be prepared for the review meeting.
