Om arrangementet
I EUs neste rammeprogram, Horisont Europa, vil det satses sterkt på bærekraftig energi. Dette er et felt med stort potensial for norsk-tysk samarbeid. Få innblikk i disse mulighetene på konferansen "Norsk - tyske dialoger om bærekraftig energi og europeisk samarbeid i utdanning og forskning".
Formålet med konferansen er å tilrettelegge for et sterkere tysk - norsk samarbeid innen bærekraftig energi i forberedelsene til Horisont Europa (EUs nye rammeprogram fra 2021).

Konferansen åpnes av Henrik Asheim, statsråd for forskning og høyere utdanning og Anja Karliczek, Tysklands forsknings- og utdanningsminister.
Det er mulig å melde seg på en av dagene, eller begge dager.
EU-kommisjonen har lansert en ambisiøs satsing på Grønn omstilling (Green Deal). Denne satsingen vil også prege utformingen av Horisont Europa og bærekraftig energi vil bli et sentralt forskningsfelt.
Forsknings- og innovasjonssamarbeidet mellom Norge og Tyskland er omfattende, og Tyskland er Norges viktigste samarbeidspartner i EUs rammeprogram for forsking og innovasjon. Samarbeidet er størst innenfor energi, klima og miljø.
Konferansen følger opp den norske regjeringens strategi for samarbeid med Tyskland der målet er å styrke og øke samarbeidet mellom Tyskland og Norge innen forskning, utdanning og innovasjon.
Konferansen arrangeres av det norske Kunnskapsdepartementet og det føderale utdannings- og forskningsdepartementet i Tyskland.
