Om arrangementet

Forskningsrådet tilbyr et todagerskurs med praktisk trening i å skrive prosjektforslag til Horisont 2020. Kurset tar spesielt for seg de tre prosjekttypene Innovation Action (IA), Research and Innovation Action (RIA) og Coordinating and Support Action (CSA).

Gjennom en blanding av forelesninger og workshops får deltakerne praktisk trening i hvordan man innretter en søknad til de respektive prosjekttypene.

Kurset er praktisk rettet og legger hovedvekt på en av de tre hoveddelene i en søknad: "Impact", eller samfunnsnytte. Forskningsrådet har engasjert det erfarne konsulentfirmaet Europa Media, som har spesialisert seg på EUs forsknings- og innovasjonsprogrammer. De har skaffet seg ekspertise gjennom en rekke søknader, som også brukes som eksempler under kurset.

Kurset er et videregående kurs, og bygger på kurset Horisont 2020 – Prosjektutvikling 2. Det anbefales derfor å ta kurset Horisont 2020 – Prosjektutvikling først.

Introduction - Participants will prepare a financial statement for a virtual Horizon 2020 project, based on “dummy” invoices, salary slips, receipts and bills, time records and certificates, which are generated individually for each participant.

12:45 – 14:00 Understanding the Financial Reports
Pragmatic approaches in reporting; Point-by-point assessment of the prepared financial reports: Format, content; overall principles, possible bottlenecks, what should and should not be included.

14:15 – 15:30 How to deal with Financial issues in the Periodic Reports
Step-by-step guide on how to report costs, deal with deviations, and internal allocation issues. Handling the EC requests for clarification, suspension of payments and other issues with hands-on approach.
