• Researcher exchange between Norway and USA/Canada - 35 new mobility grants

  Thanks to the Leiv Eiriksson mobility programme six researchers from North American research institutions are coming to Norway for research stays in 2013/2014, while 29 Norwegian scientists are going to North America on the same mission.
  
  36% of the applications resulting from the Leiv Eiriksson call for proposal will receive grants, according to a decision made by the programme board of the International Scholarship section.

  More funds for mobile researchers

  The Research Council of Norway wishes to improve the financial framework for researchers receiving funding through the Marie Curie Actions Research Fellowship Programmes.

• 68 new Yggdrasil grants for research stays in Norway

  The outcome of the assessment process of the Yggdrasil mobility programme for international Ph.D. students and younger researchers 2012-2013 is hereby announced.
