68 new Yggdrasil grants for research stays in Norway
The outcome of the assessment process of the Yggdrasil mobility programme for international Ph.D. students and younger researchers 2012-2013 is hereby announced.
Number of grants
The Programme Board has approved 68 projects for funding for stays at Norwegian universities, university colleges and independent research institutes. See list of successful applications. Research periods are between 3 and 12 months.
Number of applications
A total of 262 applications, comprising a funding request for close to NOK 40 million, were processed in connection with this call for proposals.
Budget at disposal
The budget at disposal amounts to NOK 10 million. Due to the limited resources for allocations, many qualified projects were turned down.
