Science and technology indicators for Norway
Every year, the Research Council publishes a report on science and technology indicators for Norway in collaboration with NIFU (Nordic Institute for Studies in Innovation, Research and Education) and Statistics Norway.
The report describes and documents the Norwegian research and innovation system. It is based upon the results from the national R&D and Innovation surveys as well as other statistics and studies. Time series and international data are also included.
The report provides an important basis for the designation and follow-up of research policy objectives.
The main report is published in Norwegian on the report website. An abridged version of the report for 2011 is available in English on the same site.
