Forskning magazine no. 1/2010:

Interdisciplinarity and elite research

In this year's first issue, Bladet Forskning addresses the topics of interdisciplinarity and the cultivation and strengthening of a research elite, and presents institutions that focus on these issues.

Forskning magazine 1-2010 As in previous issues, this edition covers a wide range of subjects - from cuckoo research and comments on Norway’s new strategy for climate research to discussions about what constitutes genuine academia. There is also a long interview with last year’s winner of the Research Council’s Award for Outstanding Research, peace researcher Nils Petter Gleditsch.
