The editorial committee also includes representatives of Innovation Norway and the Norwegian Association of Higher Education Institutions.
The report describes the status of resources for Norwegian R&D efforts, innovation activities and recruitment to higher education, research and the labour market. It is an important tool for analysis of research, development and innovation.
The report also serves as a reference work and includes time series and international comparisons.
