Department for Knowledge-based Bioeconomy

The Department for Knowledge-based Bioeconomy is responsible for innovation and industrial development activities in connection with biotechnology, use of forest and uncultivated land resources and production and processing activities in the agricultural and fisheries sector.
The department is also responsible for coordinating the division’s international activities.
