Human Resources Department

The department is in charge of devising and administering the Research Council's joint human resource policies and related administrative guidelines. The department provides support to top-level management and develops and coordinates integrated measures for enhancing the Research Council's organisation, expertise and management.

In addition, the department assists the line management and individual divisions in developing work methods and processes, team and competence-building activities, etc. The department follows up the Research Council's employer obligations, represents the Research Council in contacts with employee organisations, and administers joint Research Council employee welfare initiatives.
