Objectives:

The Food Programme seeks to provide a framework and funding for research, as well as dissemination of the results of this research, in order to strengthen knowledge development, innovation and competitiveness within Norwegian food industries/companies, the R&D community and related public administration.

 

 

Vision:
Research for future-oriented food industries.

Primary objective:
To promote research-based innovation to meet the needs of the consumers, the food industries and society at large.

Secondary objective 1:
The Food Programme will seek to ensure that Norwegian food industries build their future on research-based innovation by increasing their participation in R&D projects and their application of research findings.

Secondary objective 2:
The Food Programme will seek to ensure that Norwegian research groups develop, share and maintain knowledge of high international standard in priority areas to the benefit of the food industries and public administration.

Secondary objective 3:
The Food Programme will seek to strengthen Norwegian food research and build new expertise through international cooperation.
 

This programme/activity normally accepts grant applications from:
