The fourth conference of the Norwegian Environmental Research Towards 2015(MILJO 2015) programme will encourage dialogue and discussion on interdisciplinary environmental research and environmental conflicts. New research findings from projects under the programme will also be presented.

The “CROSSCUTTING Environmental Conflicts” conference will promote new dialogue between researchers, public administrators and (civil) society. This event is one in a series of conferences held under the MILJO 2015 programme. The conference series has been launched to provide a dynamic arena for Norwegian environmental researchers, focusing on the significance of this field and presenting new knowledge in an overall perspective.

Practical information

The Research Council will be reserving hotel accommodations on behalf of participants and will cover some of the joint expenses. Conference participants not affiliated with the programme as a researcher or a member of the board and advisory committee are responsible for covering their own conference fees and accommodations. The MILJO 2015 programme will cover hotel expenses for one night (6 February) for up to one researcher per project as well as doctoral and post-doctoral fellows. It is possible to register one additional participant per project provided that associated expenses are covered by the project or alternative means. Travel expenses are to be covered by the various projects.

Conference fee, 6 Feb. only (including lunch): NOK 600
Conference fee, 7 Feb. only (including lunch): NOK 600
Conference dinner, 6 Feb. (including wine): NOK 500
