Documentation and Joint Services Department
This department supplies the shared documentation, operational and office services utilised by the Research Council.

Library and central archival services for electronic storage and retrieval of documents have been consolidated in an in-house documentation centre.
The department is also responsible for reception services, mailing, telecom and printing services, catering and meeting room services, coordination of travel agreements, physical security, fire protection, space allocation and the operation and upkeep of office premises.
Special priority is given to measures to oversee infrastructure in connection with the Research Council’s role as a meeting venue.
