The general objective of the RUSSIA programme has been to strengthen cooperation between Russia and Norway in higher education and research with particular emphasis on areas of significance for the High North region. The programme was concluded in December 2010.
Collaborating for the futureThe Research Council of Norway has funded a three year research programme on cooperation with Russia.
