Results from last call for proposals to the Programme for Human biobanks and health data (BIOBANK)

The BIOBANK programme received 33 proposals applying for a total of NOK 432 mill. by the deadline April 19, 2012.

The proposals were evaluated by an international referee panel. The panel members (names, institutions) may be found here. Based on the panel assessments, the programme board assessed the quality and relevance, and made the final decision.

Decision letters with the panel assessment form attached will be sent to the applicant institutions.

The Research Council administration will make contact with the project manager of the funded projects in order to clarify the contract basis.

On September 19, 2012 the BIOBANK programme board decided to fund the following three projects in total approx. NOK 50 mill.:
