This section contains practical information about applying to the Research Council for research funding, the processing of applications, requirements and guidelines for applicants etc.
Deadlines
The Research Council has six formal deadlines during the year. Some programme/activities employ open-ended deadlines.
Application types, requirements and assessment criteria
To apply for funding you must first access the relevant call for proposals. All calls are found under the menu heading “Apply for funding” > “Find calls for proposals”. The call will specify which application types are valid.

Lists of the current grant proposals under processing and summaries of the outcome of application processing.
